Wellness App Case Study
While working towards the Google UX certification, I designed an app and website for social good. The app focuses on tracking the nutrition, activity and overall wellbeing of users. The primary target users include older adults who need to improve their diet and younger adults who want to take their nutrition and health to the next level.
The problem: People need a convenient place to track their nutrition, fitness and overall wellbeing.
The goal: Design a nutrition and wellness app that will focus on the needs of users.
My role:
A Google UX Design Professional Certificate Student.
Responsibilities:
Creating high fidelity and low fidelity prototypes, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, determining information architecture and finalizing the designs.
Paper Wireframes
The first step of the design process for this app was to draw paper wireframes. I explored multiple options for page layouts.
Low Fidelity Wireframes
After working through paper wireframes, I moved to creating digital wireframes in XD.
